Leslie Cannold: Writer, Commentator, Ethicist, Researcher

The School of Life Australia is proud to announce that award-winning writer and ethicist Leslie Cannold will host upcoming Melbourne conversation Germaine Greer On Consent. The event will be in Melbourne at the MCC.

As well as a guest faculty member at The School of Life Australia, Associate Professor Leslie Cannold is an award-wining author and ethicist with a special interest in consent. She has worked as a rape crisis counsellor, won an EVA (Eliminating Violence Against Women) Award and currently works as the Chair of the Ethics in Research Committee at Marie Stopes International (London). She is also a community member on the Victorian Mental Health Tribunal, where questions of consent are regularly addressed.

The School of Life Australia looks forward to welcoming both Leslie Cannold and Germaine Greer for a conversation on the history and complexities of consent.
